ABOUT
GARRETT
Garrett Kachellek is a Charlotte native passionate about education and real estate. He earned his bachelor's degree in Political Science from Elon University and later obtained a master’s degree in Adult Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
He began his career in higher education, teaching and leading new student orientation at UNCG, before transitioning to the University of Utah, where he specialized in leadership development and student engagement.
In 2015, Garrett returned to Charlotte to follow in his family’s footsteps, becoming a third-generation REALTOR®. Over the past decade, he has built a successful career in real estate, earning his Broker-in-Charge (BIC) eligible license in 2018 and his real estate educator license in 2023.
With a unique blend of adult education expertise and hands-on real estate experience, Garrett is dedicated to providing a superior continuing education experience for licensed agents, helping them grow and succeed in the industry.
