  • Providence Real Estate Education (β€œPREE”) maintains the following refund, withdrawal, and transfer policy, consistent with our approved Policies & Procedures Disclosure (PPD) and North Carolina Real Estate Commission (NCREC) requirements:

    • 7 or more days before class: Students may withdraw by providing written notice. Options:

      • A full refund of paid tuition, OR

      • Free transfer to an equivalent upcoming course.

    • Within 7 days of class start:

      • Tuition is non-refundable, but students may transfer once to an equivalent future course at no additional charge.

    • After the class begins or in case of a no-show:

      • No refund or transfer is available.

    • If PREE cancels or reschedules a course, students will be notified at least 24 hours in advance.

    • Students may then choose:

      • A full refund, OR

      • Free re-registration in a future offering of the same course.

    • In the case of inclement weather, PREE may move a scheduled in-person course online via Zoom. If internet/power outages prevent participation, PREE will work with affected students to reschedule.

    • Per NCREC Rule 58A .1705, students must attend at least 90% of class hours and the last 20 minutes to earn credit.

    • Students dismissed due to late arrival, early departure, absence, misconduct, or technology non-compliance (e.g., logging in from a phone or without a webcam) are not eligible for refunds or transfers.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days of approval.
