Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 30, 2025

  • Providence Real Estate Education (“PREE,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is an NCREC-approved Education Provider offering continuing education (CE) courses for North Carolina real estate licensees. By registering for or attending any course, you agree to these Terms of Service.

  • Courses are open to licensed North Carolina real estate brokers and other individuals permitted by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission (NCREC).

It is the student’s responsibility to ensure the course selected meets their CE credit requirements.

  • Registration is required in advance through our website or designated partner platforms.

Your enrollment is confirmed only after payment is received in full.

A confirmation email with course details will be sent to the address provided at registration.

  • Course fees must be paid in full prior to the start of class.

Refunds will be issued only if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before class.

No refunds or credits are provided for late arrivals, no-shows, or incomplete attendance.

PREE reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course. In such cases, registered students will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.

  • NCREC has strict attendance rules for CE credit:

    • 90% attendance is required — no partial credit may be given.

    • For synchronous online courses:

      • Students must join on time, remain logged in, and have cameras on.

      • Participation (polls, chats, discussions) may be required.

    • Students arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be admitted and will not receive credit.

  • PREE will report course credit directly to the NCREC within 7 days of course completion.

Students are responsible for verifying credit on their NCREC license record.

PREE is not responsible for a student’s failure to meet annual CE requirements.

  • Students are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior at all times. Disruptive, harassing, or unethical conduct may result in dismissal from class without refund.

  • All course materials, workbooks, presentations, and recordings are the property of Providence Real Estate Education and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.

  • All courses are for educational purposes only and do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice.

PREE makes no guarantees regarding licensing status, passing exam scores, or business outcomes.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, PREE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in courses, use of course materials, or reliance on educational content.

  • Student information is collected solely for registration, reporting CE credit to NCREC, and internal recordkeeping. PREE does not sell or share student information with third parties, except as required by law.

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Mecklenburg County, NC.

  • By registering for a course with Providence Real Estate Education, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
