Q: How are your courses delivered?
A: Our courses are delivered in person. They include lectures, readings, interactive elements, and opportunities for coaching/mentorship. Our courses are approved by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission.

Courses & Content

Q: What types of courses do you offer?
A: We offer a variety of courses, including:

  • General updates (to maintain license / continuing education)

  • BIC (Broker-in-Charge) updates (for brokers who oversee offices)

  • “Listening to the Pros” (hot topics / best practices in the field)

Q: How often are courses updated?
A: We regularly review and update our course content to make sure it reflects the most current real estate laws, trends, and best practices. It's our goal to stay ahead of regulatory changes.

Q: Can Providence Real Estate Education set up a course just for my office or team?
A: Yes! We offer private courses tailored for real estate offices, brokerages, or teams. This allows your agents to complete CE together in a convenient, collaborative setting. Contact us directly to discuss pricing, scheduling, and course options that fit your office’s needs.

Registration & Enrollment

Q: How do I enroll in a course?
A: You can enroll by going to the Courses section, selecting the course you’re interested in, then clicking the “Purchase” button. You’ll be guided through registration and payment.

Q: What are the payment options?
A: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), plus PayPal, Venmo, and Apple Pay.

Q: Can I get refunds or reschedule if I can’t attend?
A: If you withdraw 7 or more days before the course starts:
Full refund of tuition or
Transfer to an equivalent upcoming course for free.

If you withdraw within 7 days before the class starts:
No refund, but you may transfer once to an equivalent future course at no extra cost.

Once the class has started, or if you are a no-show, neither refunds nor transfers are allowed.

Licensure & Compliance

Q: Are your courses approved by the state licensing board?
A: Yes. All continuing education and required update courses we offer are approved by NC Real Estate Commission.

Q: How many hours of credit do I get for each course?
A: Each Continuing Education course awards 4 hours of credit upon successful completion. Your course completion will be submitted to the NC Real Estate Commission by Providence Real Estate Education.

Q: Do you offer BIC updates?
A: Yes. We offer Broker-in-Charge updates for licensed brokers to fulfill their education responsibilities.

Coaching & Services

Q: What coaching services do you provide?
A: We offer personalized coaching in areas such as business planning, marketing strategy, lead generation, negotiation skills, etc. You can book coaching sessions through our “Coaching” page.

Q: What is “Traveling Notary”?
A: We provide traveling notary services to meet clients at locations convenient to them for all notary needs, including real estate needs. Visit our notary page for more information.

Q: How do I access my course material?
A: The day before your course, you will receive a link to our course materials page, which will include anything you need for your course.

Q: Can I take courses at my own pace?
A: No, all our courses are offered in-person at a location; we do not offer self-paced courses at this time.

Pricing & Discounts

Q: How much does each course cost?
A: Courses cost $60 for a 4-hour CE course.

Q: Are there any discounts available?
A: Occasionally, yes — for early registration, group enrollments, returning students, or special promotions. Subscribe to our email list to stay informed.
