This was my first class with Providence. It was Understanding Appraisals. It was very informative. Colin was the instructor. He was very detailed and answered all questions that were presented to him in the class. Very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely look for future classes to take with Providence Real Estate Education.

Great classes offered by Garrett Kachellek and Colin Nieburth! Both classes, Gen Up and Appraisal, were filled with tons of information, which made the class time go by so quickly. Never a dull moment!

Rarely do I look forward to CE. HOWEVER, I can honestly say that I enjoyed my experiences with PREE because it was engaging and extremely valuable. It's safe to say I'll be taking a lot more of my CE with PREE in the future!
